This is a ceramic capacitance sensor that senses the displacement of the absolute pressure as an electrostatic capacitance change by utilizing capacitance. The measurement of the vacuum range of 0 to 20kPa abs. and pressures around the atmospheric pressure is possible. Additionally, an electronic switch type sensor with two contact output is also provided. (Model: KL81)
